I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, OCD, and co-occurring disorders. Many of my clients are people who look like they are doing well on the outside but are internally exhausted or overwhelmed. I help my clients address both the presenting symptoms and the root causes of emotional suffering. My approach is warm and calm with a touch of humor.
Depending on the problem, I use exposure and response prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My goal is for my clients to break patterns and experience lasting change, not just cope week to week.
