I primarily work with couples and teenagers. I can help teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or eating disorders, & couples who are wanting to communicate better.
I have had the privilege of assisting many couples and families in building the lives they dream of. My approach is flexible; I can be warm and supportive, or direct and dynamic, depending on your goals and needs. Most of all, I love to meet clients where they are at, and support them as they explore what needs to change, in order for things to change.
