I help people uncover the key factors interfering with their wellbeing. I have experience helping people alleviate symptoms of Depression, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Addictions and many other concerns. Additionally, I help people create Harmonious Relationships, regain Self Esteem, reduce or eliminate Daily Stress and live with Ease and Purpose. My services include both Mental Health Counseling, Personal Coaching and Coaching for Entrepreneurs.
My Counseling and Coaching work are based on simple, common sense principles that explain how the human mind works. I meet people where they are and help them understand these principles in a way that is relevant to them. Once understood, the sky is the limit for achieving wellness.
My work is collaborative, positive, educational and present moment focused because healing and change happen now, not in the past. I listen deeply and engage in a respectful dialogue with each client. I am accompanied by my Therapy Dog, Quinn who helps people relax and feel welcome.
