For over 20 years, I've helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, stress, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges. Rather than seeing you as someone who needs to be fixed, I'll help you better understand your experience and reconnect with the clarity and resilience you already have.
My approach is simple and practical. I'll meet you where you are, listen carefully, reflect what I hear, and ask thoughtful questions. We won't spend a lot of time analyzing the past. Instead, I'll help you look at what you're experiencing now in a fresh way and see what becomes possible.
My work is collaborative, respectful, and hopeful. Meaningful change can happen when you begin to see yourself and your life differently. Greater ease and well-being may be closer than you think.
