Recognizing that many life experiences can be considered traumatic if they still affect your life, I offer a trauma-informed approach. I use a variety of techniques, have been trained in evidence based EMDR as well as Progressive Counting, and use other techniques including CBT and and DBT protocols.
I have been in practice since 1992 and have worked in many Buffalo are settings as both clinician and administrator, including: Springville GI high school/middle school, Colden Elementary School, Sisters Hospital substance abuse program, Catholic Charities mental health program, Elmwood Health Clinic.
