About
Fulfilling relationships do not happen on their own: with self or other. The more intimate our relationship is with self lends to how deeply and authentically we can connect with others. My ideal clients are individuals or couples who seek to collaborate to build awareness, the first step to ANY meaningful change. We will work together to honor previous attachment injuries. We will identify your thoughts and patterns, and we will investigate the influences that drive your choices/behavior.
I work from a perspective of acceptance (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, as well as a blend of evidence-based theories and interventions (CBT, Gottman, and more). I encourage individuals and couples to embark on a journey of deeper understanding of self and other, leading to healthy connection and communication.
You've taken the first step by reading this - I hope you take the second step and contact me. Let's work together to find a way for you to live your authentic life through enhanced relational dynamics. Whatever your belief system, you only get this exact life once.
