When we are hurting, we forget that at the core of our being we have inner greatness, unique gifts, and a legacy that needs to be liberated and brought forth into this life.
When we are wounded we tend to get trapped by the defenses we build to protect ourselves. These ways of protecting ourselves cause relationship issues, create ongoing patterns of pain and conflict for ourselves and others, and prevent us from living fully who we are.
In the journey together we move at your pace in compassionately exploring and liberating your inner authentic self.
