I meet the client where they currently are, and help to normalize their feelings. I will challenge thoughts and feelings that are unhealthy or harmful to the client. I am client-centered, and I believe that positive reinforcement and unconditional positive regard makes it a more comfortable environment in which to make changes.

We are a mixed group of therapists who work closely with singles, children, couples, and families in the Tri-County area (Monterey/Santa Cruz/San Benito). We work hard to provide a non-judgmental environment where everyone can feel comfortable talking about and working through anything that's on their mind.
