I can help you with understanding patterns of behaviors, learn to love and embrace who you are, and provide other tools and techniques that reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. I can teach you, children, family, friends, and partners how to relate to each other and understand ways to communicate affectively.
I approach our relationship in a way that shows empathy, active listening, non-judgment, and respect for privacy. I make sure to provide a safe environment for clients to express what they need in the language and way that helps with healing. My therapeutic environment shows clients what respect and unconditional regard looks like.
