Someone to meet them where they are and help them to work through their problems, identify their needs and accomplish their goals. Life is hard, sometimes we need a little help to get through the rough times.
I have a compassionate, client centered, and strengths based approach. I assist my clients in creating a working toolbox of coping skills and mindfulness interventions to help them to cope with past issues and daily life stressors. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and stress management among other concerns.
