I have experience in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as various others to address mental health areas that include but are not limited to: anxiety & depression, emotional regulation, grief/loss, life changes, and anger management.
While life does not come with an instruction manual and can be really difficult sometimes, I believe that every individual has potential when given the right tools and support. My work involves a very person-centered approach where I meet you where you are presently at and build skills with you to get you to where you would like to be.
