Most of her clients need help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bullying and needing help to learn relaxation and coping skills.
In her practice, Mary Beth uses cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, client-centered therapy, and feminist therapy and always uses the person-centered approach as she works to meet clients where they are at in their mental health journey.
