For most of us, making it through one seemingly impossible challenge is what gives us the courage and strength to face the next one. The more we face, the more we grow. But it does get tiring, right? Therapy can provide a safe, judgement-free space to rest your feet, take a breath, and prepare for whatever life might throw at you next.
I am a licensed mental health counselor. I provide Solution-Focused, trauma-informed individual and couples' therapy to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, and trauma-related symptoms. I see my role as a trusted guide, grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your journey to become your best and truest self.
