Asking for help is not easy, but you don't have to do it alone. Taking the first step can be scary and unsettling. I provide a safe, warm and comfortable environment where we join forces as two experts working through your problems. I believe that you have what it takes within you to overcome the struggles you face. I am direct, interactive and genuine in our sessions and will ensure that we are working collaboratively. A strong therapeutic alliance is paramount in ensuring honest, open and constructive communication.

My approach is strength-based and draws from many principles, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and solutions-focused therapy. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I look forward to hearing from you, so we can discover your strengths and work together as a team towards improving your quality of life.
