My approach is direct, thoughtful, and deeply relational. I don’t sit back silently, I engage with you. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s happening in your life, but why. Sessions may focus on the underlying patterns, emotional experiences, and relationships that shape how you move through the world.

I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR to help you better understand yourself, process experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you. It is never not a one-size-fits-all approach.
