I am Mary Tagle, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology.
I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and child trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), to tailor the therapy experience to each client's unique needs.
