With over 20 years of experience, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills to share with my clients. I have worked with a wide variety of mental health concerns including mood, anxiety, personality and psychotic disorders. I also have experience in substance abuse treatment and crisis intervention work. I focus on cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy and have a person centered solution focused approach in treatment.
I currently work with adolescents, adults and couples. I am able to offer evening hours and have limited weekend availability.
