I am a compassionate listener and I am also practical. You come to therapy to feel better. I can help you untangle the confusion, sadness or "stuck" feelings you might have. Together, we can find what's needed as you begin to take steps toward the life you want to live.
I believe in the relevence of past and present, the necessity of emotion and logic, and ultimately, the importance of taking action. In sessions, I use talk therapy and/or Internal Family Systems "parts" work. I would be happy to meet with you.
