About
The past year was one for the history books! Are you feeling alone and don't know how to move forward in a healthy way? Feeling isolated in this time of quarantines and social unrest? I am here to help. While addressing your core beliefs we will work together to help you better understand why you walk through the world in the way that you do. It has been a very lonely time for many, and therapy offers a chance to feel seen and supported. My clients say that having the touchstone of our weekly sessions helps them greet each new week with a fresh perspective. I also offer an authenticity that has been called "refreshing".
We work together to create a bite size approach to what otherwise might seem insurmountable. I value your need to be seen and reflected clearly. I accompany you on your journey, and work to lighten the load through compassion, empathy, and an ability to hold the space for whatever wants to present itself.
I have a strong background in working with depression, anxiety, grief, transition issues, substance abuse, parenting, and compulsive disorders.
