Talking about how to move forward can be a timeout when one can determine the next steps. Hearing yourself talk aloud about what has been on your mind and heart may give clarity in differentiating between want and need. I encourage clients to gift themselves with time aside.

Self-pay: All first sessions, including individual sessions, are 2 hours. Give yourself time and talk about what has been on your mind and heart. Couples sessions (30 minutes together, 15 minutes each, apart, last 60 minutes together). Follow up sessions are usually 1 hour. Payment: cash, card. I do not accept insurance.
