I engage individuals and couples in the present moment to reduce anxiety and depression and improve emotional well-being. I help increase self-awareness and find purpose and happiness. My directive, interactive, and insight-oriented approach focuses on the mind and body with mindful-based techniques and solution-focused collaborative guidance.
