Clients who seek out my services want to address their traumatic experiences, are curious about what it means to understand themselves more deeply, and increase overall awareness of their experiences. Most of my clients struggle with childhood trauma, histories of sexual abuse, or domestic violence. I am here to hold space for my clients as we navigate the healing process. In addition to our individual sessions, I provide exercises ('homework') to support our work, that allow the client to experience real change in their lives.
I specialize in Somatic Experiencing therapy; a body-oriented approach to treating trauma (big T traumas and little t-traumas). I am guided by your nervous system to help you process your experiences in a comfortable space, whether in your own home through virtual sessions or in person sessions.
Starting therapy can be a daunting experience for many, and I'm here to help make it calm and inviting. Many of us struggle with day to day stresses that are the result of deeper issues. I'm here to help you explore these at your own pace, while also challenging, and supporting you as we work towards your goals together.
