Struggling with negative beliefs, unwanted thoughts, past traumas, depression, or even parenting? Regardless, you don’t have to face those challenges alone. We are impacted by past events, oftentimes resulting in unhealthy coping mechanisms and negative core beliefs about ourselves and/or the world. Even when we “know” our behaviors and thoughts aren’t helpful, sometimes we just feel so stuck and aren’t sure what, if anything, will help. That's where I am come in: I’m here to provide a safe environment for individuals to overcome past struggles, challenge & replace negative beliefs, develop healthy coping skills, and reach healing.
Sometimes, the struggle isn’t ours alone. Kiddos face their own difficulties—behaviorally, emotionally, socially, etc. And many parents find themselves faced with unexpected challenges, such as behavioral concerns & creating connections, just to name a few. I have significant training in play therapy & TBRI. I am EMDR (trauma therapy) trained and sand tray level 3.
