As a queer therapist, I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ folks with trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in seeking deeper understanding and insight, building more meaningful relationships, healing from past experiences, and learning new tools to navigate difficulties.
I am based in Sacramento and offer telehealth sessions throughout California. I partner with Headway to accept some insurance plans (listed below) and can provide superbills for out of network reimbursement.
