In sessions, I use play therapy techniques to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural, build confidence, and develop healthier coping skills. I also draw from a narrative approach to help families understand their experiences in new ways and feel less defined by the struggles they are facing.
I work closely with parents to strengthen communication, increase consistency between caregivers, and develop practical strategies that support both connection and behavior change at home. My goal is to help families feel less stuck, more connected, and more confident moving forward together.
