I began my career as a therapist during a time of great uncertainty for both myself and my clients. This experience highlighted the power of human connection, even when built virtually. Many clients come to strengthen relationships with others but often discover a deeper relationship with themselves, improving self-esteem and overall well-being while gaining awareness of how emotions are embodied. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, enriching my practice and commitment to supporting growth and healing.
My style is respectful, open, and warm, often weaving in humor and metaphors. I’m completing certification in Gestalt therapy and have experience supporting diverse populations through mental illness, disabilities, and family challenges. I also mentor our therapists and advanced clinical interns, so you receive the best, most thoughtful care possible.
I’d love to join you on your mental health journey—think of me as your guide, cheerleader, and occasional metaphor-maker, here to support you with care, insight, and maybe a little laughter along the way.
