I specialize in supporting adults (over 18) with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, career and workplace issues, and life transitions. During my 30 year career supporting others through workplace and life challenges as a leadership and executive coach in organizational/leadership development roles for various organizations, I found my calling as a psychotherapist at the intersection between vocation, (what we do), and our sense of self (who we are). My work, past and present, affirms my commitment to hold a safe space for you to discover your authentic self while also finding moments of peace and calm in a turbulent world.
My approach is eclectic, intuitive and practical, tailored to each client’s unique needs and drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic work, with trauma-informed, psychodynamic and strengths-based perspectives. My expertise in leadership development and ADHD coaching are integrated where appropriate.
Our troubles, while painful, offer us opportunities to uncover and heal past traumas that affect our perceptions and behaviors. Transforming our suffering becomes a spiritual act — one that can brings both insight and freedom.
