I specialize in working with adults navigating the psychological, emotional and relational impact of ADHD, along with grief and life transitions. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 25+ years as a Chief People Officer & organizational development executive and leadership coach within complex organizations. This experience informs my understanding of the real-world experiences my clients face, many who are insightful, sensitive and intuitive thinkers who carry significant responsibility in their work and personal lives yet struggle with emotional regulation, follow-through and the strain of sustaining complex roles over time.
Adults with ADHD are often highly perceptive, seeing patterns, problems and possibilities quickly while feeling chronically out of step in environments that demand sustained attention, emotional restraint and political agility. Therapy supports understanding these patterns in depth to develop ways of living and working that are meaningful and sustainable.
Life's challenges offer us opportunities to uncover and heal past wounds and habits that affect our sense of self.
