About
My work, past and present, enables me to relate to client's struggles through the lens of real-world experience. During my 25 year career supporting others through workplace and life challenges as a leadership and executive coach in organizational and leadership development roles for corporations and nonprofits, I found my own calling as a psychotherapist in how “what we do,” intersects with “who we are.” My approach is eclectic, intuitive, compassionate and practical, tailored to each client’s unique needs, and drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including trauma-informed and strengths-based perspectives.
I work with a wide variety of clients who may experience anxiety, stress and depression, acute and past trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, addiction, workplace challenges, life and career transitions, and the search for identity and life purpose.
As Thich Nhat Hanh, affirms, “The way out is in,” inviting us to embrace ourselves, as we are, in the present moment. In our spiritual struggle to find peace, I trust the human spirit’s power to heal—to transcend suffering by discovering its meaning and purpose in our lives. I invite you to work with me in finding your way home to yourself.
