I am so glad that you are here! I enjoy working with children (9+), young adults, and adults who are struggling with things like perfectionism, depression, anxiety, body image, life transitions, PTSD and trauma, stress, and self-esteem. I'm passionate about working with children and teenagers on things like ADHD, ASD, bullying, anger management, family conflict, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, social skills, self-esteem, and more. I strive to help others reconnect with their true selves. It is a priority of mine to create a space where my clients feel heard, accepted, and supported above all else!
I work with clients to help cultivate a stronger sense of self and emotional awareness within them. I begin by creating an integrative treatment plan specifically tailored to their needs. My ultimate goal is to empower them to feel better prepared to navigate interpersonal relationships and all of life's challenges with greater resilience and confidence!

Groups
Building Connections- Lego Group for Boys
Lego-based therapeutic group for 1st-4th grade boys restarting in January 2025! The group is designed to support boys with common challenges with ADHD/ executive functioning, social skills, ASD, emotional regulation, and/or self-esteem. Participants will learn ways to cope with these challenges through positive social connections and Lego-building activities! The group will be led by Leah Molloy MS, LPC, NCC and myself Mary Rogers Merrell MS, APC, NCC and occur every monday afternoon of the Spring 2025 term.
