As a therapist, I firmly believe in the transformative power of empathy and active listening. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the strength and resilience to navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and nonjudgmental therapeutic alliance, I aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, ultimately facilitating positive growth and meaningful change in their lives. This can be where healing happens.

I take an integrative trauma-informed approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to address the complex needs of each client. By blending techniques such as EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing, I aim to holistically support individuals to heal, foster resilience, and reclaim agency over their lives.
