Navigating the intersecting paths of career, family, and societal expectations is tough. I specialize in entertainment professionals, women's issues, and ADHD, including managing the stress and anxiety of trying to "do it all." I help creatives, execs, and those in transition balance myriad and sometimes conflicting priorities. Perhaps you are deluged by your parental, familial, or professional responsibilities. You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, defeated, or out of sync, nursing wounds left bandaged but unhealed. Through empathy, authenticity, and humor I collaborate with clients to reveal their healthiest, happiest selves.

I help clients grow confidence and problem-solve by unpacking their lived experiences, leaning into curiosity and creativity to identify patterns no longer serving them. Utilizing a strengths-based perspective, I approach each client as an individual and partner in the therapeutic process and deeply believe in the capacity for growth and positive change.

I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients. Feeling heard, understood, and comfortable in the room is vital to successful therapy.
