I specialize in working with young adults and teens struggling with anxiety and self-esteem. Clients describe me as accepting and empathic, so that therapy is a place where you feel supported and empowered to build coping skills. In sessions, we'll work together to identify and challenge negative thoughts to lighten the load created by worries or self-doubt.
As a clinical developmental psychologist, I help teens and emerging adults navigate challenges in childhood and early adulthood.
