Often they feel burdened by the weight of effort or achievements that they perceive as never good enough. They’re ready to make a change - they want to feel relaxed and confident again.
I specialize in working with young adults and teens struggling with anxiety and self-esteem. Clients describe me as accepting and empathic, so that therapy is a place where you feel supported and empowered to build coping skills. In sessions, we'll work together to identify and challenge negative thoughts to lighten the load created by worries.
As a clinical developmental psychologist, I work with teens and emerging adults to help navigate challenges in childhood and early adulthood. While my office is easily accessible from Bryn Mawr College, Villanova, and many Main Line schools, I am also credentialed to provide telehealth to over 30 US states.
