I can offer you tools and support so that you can live with more confidence, ease and inner strength.
I offer services to individual adults from young adulthood through the senior years, facing whatever challenges one encounters. I have a background in Lifespan Integration, Mindfulness for Self Compassion, and spiritual companionship. I currently take Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, FCHN and can provide a receipt for out-of-network services.
