We live in a society where fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and depression are all too common and on the rise. For one reason or another it can feel like the world is crashing down around us with no way out. When it feels unmanageable, therapy can help you find the light at the end of the tunnel. Even if we can’t change our situation, we can put ourselves in a safe space to feel heard, understood, and figure out ways to feel better. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidal ideation, religious trauma, and life stress. I also work with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community including transgender & non-binary clients.
I am a person-centered therapist and utilize a mostly non-directive, client-centered approach. I believe you are the expert in your own life and through a collaborative approach we can reach your therapeutic goals. I am a secular therapist and do not offer Christian counseling or implement other religious elements into sessions.
I offer free 15-30 minute virtual or in-person consultations to see if I would be a good fit for you. Sessions can be virtual or in-person in the downtown Tulsa area.
