Waitlist Only-It takes a lot of courage and strength to seek out the support you need to find your voice and your purpose. Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and disconnected can make working on ourselves seem impossible. As a therapist, I've trained and worked in the treatment of PTSD; emotional, physical, and sexual trauma; panic; anxiety; depression; and phobias. I strive to create an inclusive, welcoming space where individuals of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we will navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and the tools needed for healing and growth.
The therapies I utilize are Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained Level 2 at the IFS institute, and I am EMDRIA trained in Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR- therapy), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic approach is customized to the needs of the individual. I look forward to supporting your path forward.
I believe in the innate capacity of individuals to heal and grow, often needing guidance and support along the way. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your journey and develop long-term solutions tailored to your needs. I offer both online and in-person sessions, with in-person appointments available on Tuesdays.
