I’m here to help you learn tools, find your inner strength, and regain hope when life is challenging by providing creativity, compassion, and empathy. My goal is to collaborate with you while we navigate your mental health journey together and provide you with a nonjudgmental, caring, and safe space.
I work with my furry co-therapist, Nalu, while offering you individualized care. I am focused on helping you achieve your goals while gently challenging you to grow toward the person you envision to be! I approach the therapeutic process from a client-centered lens and draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs.
