My ideal client is a child or adolescent struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and identity issues. I have worked in public education for 29 years, PreK-12, so I have a good working knowledge of this type of client. I have also counseled parents and teachers, so adults are welcome too!
I want to heal the hurting and not place judgement. I want to help the child/adolescent/adult discover the best person he/she can be. It is not easy these days, but I can assist the client to fulfill his/her potential. Mindfulness plays a big role in this.
