I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who specializes in showing both adults and adolescents how to reach their full potential . My practice is strictly virtual these days, which allows clients to skip the commute and connect with me from the comfort of their home or workplace.
Although I have come to specialize in the treatment of trauma, I am equally committed to working with relationship issues and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I offer a counseling atmosphere that communicates respect for my client and provides solution-focused service for individuals and families.
