I am a licensed master of social work with over two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use disorders, and various other mood and behavioral disorders. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and a person-centered approach that emphasizes mindfulness and a strengths-based perspective.
