My name is Mary, and I’m so glad you've reached out for support. Reaching out is a vulnerable and brave step. It's common to feel anxious, uncomfortable, or hesitant starting therapy. I want to let you know that I'm here to support you as we get to know each other. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and I have experience working with a diverse range of clients. My approach is client-centered, and I am dedicated to tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals.
Just a little bit about me so that we can get to know each other a bit better. I've been working as a mental health professional in the Chicagoland area for about 19 years, and I specialize in and work primarily with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self esteem, family/relationships, and anger management.
I meet my client's where they are at and act as a guide, a support system, and a person who will challenge when I know they are ready to be challenged.
