During sessions, I treat my clients compassionately and professionally, taking a collaborative approach to assist with personal empowerment to achieve personal and treatment plan goals. I believe it is important to meet a client where they are and not where they are told they should be.
I offer a non-judgmental and safe space to work toward your specific goals. I also offer sessions in some of the local School Districts. I have been working in the behavioral health field for 9 years and my journey has taken me through domestic violence shelters, in homes, and in providing expert testimony in courts. Currently, my evening time is limited.
We all go through stressful periods in our lives. Sometimes it's a result of a traumatic event, loss of a loved one, or difficult life transition. Sometimes it's more complicated to identify.
