My focus is on positive transformations and addressing many issues and concerns like parenthood, marital difficulties, premarital counseling, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, behavior, trauma, PTSD, and other disturbances in family relationships. I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator.
I work with my clients through a systemic lens and provide a non-judgmental, safe space for my clients to come to share their stories. I do take a collaborative approach to therapy, but I do believe there is more than one way of doing things, so I also work with my clients in a narrative approach too.
