I am well-versed in various forms of therapy and I work collaboratively with my clients to decide the route(s) that fits best. Some forms of therapy I offer are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy and yoga/ somatic work.
