As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic space conducive to healing and processing traumatic events. I am passionate about helping clients build self-worth, learn new skills that aid in grounding and relaxation, and work through barriers to building healthy, fulfilling relationships. I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also well versed in blended family dynamics.
With experience in diverse therapeutic techniques and a specialization in EMDR, I strive to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you're grappling with the aftermath of trauma or navigating through life’s many changes, I am here to support you. I started sex therapy school in the spring and have begun incorporating that into my practice.
