I also support adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions.
I help children, teens, and adults develop practical skills to manage ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges. My work focuses on coping skills, executive functioning support, and emotional awareness so clients can feel more confident, capable, and understood in their daily lives.
