I help adolescents and parents shed the anxiety from feeling unsure of themselves so they can feel confident and connected again.
Blending and balancing the need for insight and understanding as well as the tools of healthy day-to-day coping, I approach therapy as a collaboration to meet the demands and stressors of this time in your life.
