My approach to therapy is integrative, providing less or more structure, depending upon what is most comfortable or helpful, as I see you as a full collaborator in the therapy process. I work primarily with humanistic/existential, brief psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
