Aberrations in the human condition can be very complex with roots that extend throughout the bio-psycho-social context. It often takes more than one treatment modality. I approach each client with an open mind to discover what will work in each client as I see them. Each client is given resources for self-discovery, self-healing, and self-empowerment.
I focus on bringing out people's courage to be who they truly are. I have been a psychotherapist for nearly 30 years and in that time I have become board certified in medical hypnosis, trained in bioenergetics, EMDR, and age regressions and I am a licensed acupuncturist.
Sometimes, we only know that we are unhappy. Clients and I work together. We identify and work through the source of unhappiness. We identify perceptions and fears, and then we identify strengths and build the courage they need to change perceptions and obliterate false fears.
