As a counselor I believe that mental health is an important aspect of life, that inherently ties into your physical health. I aim to help individuals learn to coping with the way that their mental health struggles tie into their day-to-day struggles, as well as their physical health. My office is a safe space for you to come exactly as you are as we work together to get you where you want to be.
I have had the privilege to work with a wide range of populations. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, academic struggles, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and identity confusion. While my approach will be tailored to you specifically, I utilize CBT, DBT, play therapy, art therapy, and trauma informed techniques.
