Life can feel overwhelming! You may find yourself turning to drugs or alcohol, unhealthy eating patterns, self-harm, or other harmful behaviors to cope with your emotions. You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression. Maybe you are currently in recovery from addiction or an eating disorder, and are having trouble maintaining your progress. Or perhaps you are concerned that your teenager is dealing with some of these issues. Whatever you are facing, you are not alone! I am here to provide support, guidance, and encouragement!

My clients are teens, young adults, and LGBTQ individals who are struggling with emotional health. I specialize in treating addiction and eating disorders. I offer non-judgmental support and guidance, wherever you are on your journey to wellness. I also offer clinical supervision for professionals pursuing LCSW, LCAS, or CSAC licenses.

I use a combination of cognitive, behavioral, and somatic therapy. I use EMDR therapy to help clients work through traumatic memories and stressors. I use CBT to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, and DBT therapy to help clients learn skills to find emotional peace and cope with distressing emotions.
