Many of the people who come to see me are suffering in some way, be it big or small, and are searching for a way to make sense of what is happening to them. Whether it is figuring out how to deal with your emotions, building better boundaries with the people you love, or finding your way towards healing after having been hurt, I am here to cheer you on and help you get where you want to be.
I have 17 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, couples and families, LGBTQIA+ folx, individuals dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, and more severe mental health disorders. I get excited when clients walk through my door, whether it be the first or fiftieth time, because I get to learn something new about them.
