Within life’s challenges lies the entry point for profound change. Supporting clients in healing the parts of themselves that feel wounded is at the heart of my work. My practice is intuitive and strongly client-centered. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, IFS/Parts Work, Somatic Practices, and Mindfulness, I help clients transform behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that feel out of alignment.
I believe trauma and systems of oppression separate us from ourselves and cause tremendous stress in our lives. We can act in ways they feel painful and deeply disconnecting. In the midst of suffering, many of us may feel anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed.
Whether or not we are tapping into our inner wisdom, I regard each of us as the experts of our own lived experience. Helping clients reclaim this wisdom lies at the heart of my practice. I hold hope for each of my clients that change is real and entirely possible.
